Q: How many images do we receive?
A: I never give clients a specific number to expect. Every wedding is SO different and it depends on things like: how many hours you hire me for, if you add on a second photographer, how many ‘events’ happen throughout your wedding day, etc. Generally, my clients receive anywhere from 500-850 images.
Q: How do we receive the images?
A: For weddings, all the final images are delivered via an online gallery where you can then download them. You will also have access to a professional lab print shop within the gallery to make everything easy and in one place for you. You will also receive a custom USB with all your final images.
Q: How long does it take to receive our images?
A: Anywhere from 4-8 weeks depending on what month your wedding is (i.e. September/October are the busiest months for me for photos so it will take me a little longer to return images). I know it’s SO tough to wait, but I will always post at least 1-2 sneak peeks from your wedding to hold you over (and the wait is certainly worth it)! :D
Q: Do you travel for weddings?
A: Yes! I have photographed in PA, OH, IL, WV, NY, NV, and even Iceland! Traveling is one of my FAVORITE things to do, so I would be happy to travel near or far to be a part of your special day. Travel and accommodation fees apply and depend on the specific location.
Q: Do you backup our images?
A: HECK YES. My camera has two card slots, so I have your images kept on 2 cards. When I get home, I upload the images to my hard drive, as well as my external hard drive. I also have a program running on my computer at all times, which is constantly backing up new photos to an offsite location (basically the cloud). So that’s 5 places total your images are kept.
